🛠 Step-by-Step Tutorial

1. Upload your member list to Notion

   • Export from Circle.

   • Import to Notion as a simple board.

   • Add a “campaign” property for your campaign name (e.g. “Candid Connect is happening now”).

2. Create a Notion automation

   • When that campaign property is set → trigger a webhook.

   • The webhook sends the member’s data (like email + first name) to Zapier.

3. Zapier Setup (2 steps only):

   • Trigger: Catch the Webhook from Notion.

   • Action: Send a DM in Circle.

     • Pull in their email + name from the webhook data.

     • Write your message (e.g., “Hey [First Name], thanks for being here tonight!”)

4. Segment + Send

   • Move only the right names to the trigger column in Notion.

   • Zapier runs automatically. Boom—messages sent 💥
